How do ads work here?
First off you should know how this site works. You can enjoy things. When you do that, people who call you a friend can then see the things you've enjoyed. Your friend can then click and enjoy that thing as well. It will then show up to all her friends.
Ads on this site work almost exactly like every other enjoyed thing on the site. They will appear, clearly marked as ads, in the list of things that a user sees when he/she logs into the site.
Ads can be enjoyed like every other thing on the site. If one user enjoys an ad, it will show up in their friends list of things as a regular thing, those views are free. So if your ad becomes popular, it could get more free views than paid views. This actually happens, here's a good example of that.

Terms (fine print)
After purchasing your ad, it will go live instantly, without human intervention. If it's tasteless, classless, unsafe for viewing at work or objectionable in anyway, it will be taken down. If your ad gets taken down (it's never happened) you may be refunded in whole or in part, depending on how much of your ad buy was delivered.
